The hotel was near many special places. it was walking distance to the main cathedral. I found the shopping area very accessible. the staff gave great advice. The location was just close enough to all the shopping and the cathedral, though the tram noise was noticeable.

The location was a definite highlight. A tram stop right outside made getting around easy. The room i had was clean and reasonably spacious (especially the bathroom!).
The lift situation was not ideal. Only one small lift was working. This resulted in long waits, frustrating. The noise from the trams outside was noticeable, particularly at night, and i found it somewhat disruptive (earplugs recommended!).

the location is very close to all attractions the room is quite large and clean the staff is very friendly. daily cleaning was provided which i found very helpful the location was also close to the subway. the staff was super helpful and gave good advice
the lift is quite tiny it could be a problem for some guests

The location was very central. It was very close to most touristic places. Prices were low and the rooms were good (I was surprised!).
The room was small. The shower was also very small, I think a large person would not fit in it. I could also hear a lot of noise.
